That vision became reality when his son, Omar, returned from studying at the prestigious La Roche Culinary Arts Academy in Jordan, ready to share his passion for cooking.
Today, Chef Omar leads the kitchen as Executive Chef, bringing together authentic Mediterranean flavors with creative techniques inspired by his travels and training. Every dish is a reflection of their shared values: freshness, quality, and hospitality.
